Cold Buster Smoothie

  • 1x large orange

  • 1x fresh or frozen banana

  • 1/4 cup fresh or frozen mango

  • 1/4 cup fresh or frozen pineapple

  • 1/4 cup of yogurt

  • 1 inch of fresh ginger

  • 1 tbsp ground seeds (chia or flax)

  • 1/2 -1 cup almond milk

  • 3x ice cubes if using fresh fruit

Add all your ingredients to a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes.


Makes 1 large glass and 3 kids size glasses.
