Cold Buster Smoothie
1x large orange
1x fresh or frozen banana
1/4 cup fresh or frozen mango
1/4 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
1/4 cup of yogurt
1 inch of fresh ginger
1 tbsp ground seeds (chia or flax)
1/2 -1 cup almond milk
3x ice cubes if using fresh fruit
Add all your ingredients to a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes.
Makes 1 large glass and 3 kids size glasses.
