POWER BALLS


Roughly 10 medjool dates

1 ½ cups of shredded coconut

1 tbsp hemp hearts

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp cocoa powder

1 tbsp cacao nibs

½ tsp of salt

  • Soak dates anywhere from 30 min to 2 hrs, until they are soft

  • Blend shredded coconut and dates together (do not add the water the dates were soaking in)

  • Scoop out mix and form into balls, place on a baking sheet

  • Roll mix around in hemp hearts, chia seeds, cocoa powder, cacao nibs, or whatever you want

  • you can also stick your balls in the freezer to firm up before you roll them in all the fun toppings!
