POWER BALLS
Roughly 10 medjool dates
1 ½ cups of shredded coconut
1 tbsp hemp hearts
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp cacao nibs
½ tsp of salt
Soak dates anywhere from 30 min to 2 hrs, until they are soft
Blend shredded coconut and dates together (do not add the water the dates were soaking in)
Scoop out mix and form into balls, place on a baking sheet
Roll mix around in hemp hearts, chia seeds, cocoa powder, cacao nibs, or whatever you want
you can also stick your balls in the freezer to firm up before you roll them in all the fun toppings!
