The Family-Friendly Program
Is full of simple and fun meals that the whole family will enjoy . The meals included in this program support bone health, the immune system, gut health and ensure an adequate fiber intake.
The Real Food Real Quick Program
Eating healthy doesn't mean spending your whole life in the kitchen. By batch cooking proteins and prepping breakfasts ahead, you'll be eating healthy, delicious food in less time than it takes to order takeout. All meals are budget-friendly that incorporate lots of fiber to keep you feeling full and your digestion on point ;) Weeknight dinners are insanely quick and can be repurposed for simple and delicious lunches.
Vegetarian
This program is the same as the Real Food Real Quick Program except it is completly vegetarian. Geared towards maximize nutrition in minimum time. All meals are budget-friendly that incorporate lots of fiber to keep you feeling full and your digestion doing a little happy dance. Dinners can be repurposed for simple and delicious lunches.
You'll be getting a weekly meal plan, grocery list, and recipes. All you need to do is commit to the challenge :)
The challenge runs for any 4 week period. So let's say you sign up on a Thursday your first info package will be emailed to you on Saturday so you can get started on Monday!
Note: If you prefer to have all 4 weeks sent to you all together, just let me know and I will include them all in the first email.
